The military term "wingman" that refers to a pilot flying protectively behind
his
squadron leader has taken on a new usage (via gender change); that of
wingwoman.  An article in today's New York Times directs the reader to
www.wingwomen.com .  The concept being that a man can hire a "wingwoman"
to accompany him in his pursuit of  meeting women.  Interesting concept/word.
