Marshmallow Fluff (1910)

"Marshmallow Fluff is a spreadable marshmallow cream developed in the Boston
area around 1915 and produced since the 1920s at Durkee-Mower Incorporated in
Lynn, Massachusetts.

_MARSHMALLOW FLUFF._
One pound of marshmallows, one small can of cube pineapple, two
tablespoonfuls of granulated sugar, one-half pint of whipped cream. Quarter the
marshmallows, cut the pineapple into small pieces and sweeten, then mix thoroughly with
the whipped cream. Place on ice and when chilled serve in orange shells or
sherbet glasses.
