2nd panel : [A reproduction of the relevant McDonald's ad and slogan]
"Double cheeseburger? I'd hit it!"

3rd panel  : A. "I think they're a bit confused."
                 : B. "Can you even do that with a cheeseburger?"

The irrationality of this attempt to use black slang with no
understanding of it is obvvious. Isn't it?
