Although I'm sure there's something downloadable and reasonably easy
to use, I know only tools that run off of web servers.  One that looks
promising -- and allows you to analyze text of your choice, from files
on your hard drive or from web urls -- is the collection of tools at
http://taporware.mcmaster.ca/.  They can analyze plain text, HTML or
XML

I've never the TAPoR tools myself, though I've worked on a project
(http://philologic.uchicago.edu) that has some options for sending
output to TAPoR for further analysis.
