What about the Times of India?  We finally have a  digitized English language
newspaper from India, back to 1861? I couldn't  find that.

What about the Sing Tao Publishing Group (Hong Kong)? We finally have a
digitized English language newspaper from Asia?

I'd love to research Indian and Asian foods, but I don't see these
historical newspapers fully digitized yet. Or am I wrong?
