1767 James Mumford _The Question of Questions_ 344 (Eighteenth Century
Collections Online)  We are secur'd that they have done their duty, both
by the notorious publicity of the fact, and by their subscriptions to the
legal carriage of all that assentially concerns the being of a true
council.
