My wife (Catholic HS Decatur, Ill, 1965) remembered only
"We must, we must, we must increase our bust" with no following lines, but
as accompaniment to an isometric exercise of pressing the hands against
eachother at bust level.

Anyway... the version she knew was:

I must develop a bust.

So I can wear a sweater.

This would have been in the 1960s, and she associates it with genuine
exercises which would've, at least, developed upper body strength.
