I just entered this on my "Big Apple" page. "More Trouble Ahead" is in
today's New York Post. Does anyone know another other "MTA" (Metropolitan Transit
Authority) nicknames?

The MTA (Metropolitan Transportation Authority) has quickly been getting a
bad reputation for high fares and poor service. This has created some
uncomplimentary nicknames.

"Metrocard" was introduced in 1994.
