I thought that I did this phrase, but maybe not. Does Fred Shapiro have it?...FWIW: I just picked up Road Runner today...OK, I'll pay a million dollars for someone to put one song on my website, but it must be done absolutely no later than ten years from now...FWIW: See the bottom of my website (www.barrypopik.com). Fiorello La Guardia surely said this, but the first citation below is from Samuel Seabury.
