not in the database yet, because i haven't gotten around to entering
it.  but i guess now's the time.

i already had a cite from the Palo Alto Daily News of  12/15/04, one
offered by Mark Mandel on this very newsgroup on 1/29/05, and a
selection from the thousands of examples that Google provides.
