To whoever reported "groshery": Is it tri- or di-syllabic? I could expect a
disyllabic "GROSS-ry" to become "GROSH-ry":
        s --> sh /  __ r  (opt)
        /s/ can become /sh/ before /r/

It's automatic at the beginning of a syllable in English, which is why we
have words beginning in "shr" but none beginning in "sr".
