LBJ on Nixon

I suppose the idea is that Nixon spoiled the presidency?  Had used the
powers of the office and the claim of "executive privelege" so basely
that future presidents would be unable to do the modest (?) level of
conniving that LBJ, JFK, DDE, at al. had done?
