For some, "Christian" (adj.) no longer includes Lutherans

 Whatever restrictions are set on "Christian" in dictionaries, it still
must be able to accomodate the meaning inherent in "Judaeo-Christian"
tradition & its implications. Shouldn't you just start with the broadest
possible definition and then  define a few subsets? Does trinitarian come
into this somewhere?
Do the more detailed census forms still ask for religious affiliation?
Hospital admission forms? They probably offer: "Christian|_|  Jew |_|
Moslem |_|
Hindu |_|  Other |_| ."
