"No X left behind" snowclone strikes again

Yesterday's Times Op-Ed column by Caltech astronomer Mike Brown, "War
of the Worlds", refers to the astronomical union's move to "open the
floodgates" to a "yawn-inducing" 53 or more "planets" of the ilk of
Pluto and 2003 UB313 (a.k.a. Xena) as 'a No Ice Ball Left Behind"
policy'.

LH, thinking that the "snowclone" label is especially fitting in this case
