There was an episode of "Curb Your Enthusiasm" focusing on Lewis's quest 
to get into Bartlett's as the originator of this expression.  My own entry 
was a bold attempt, so far unsuccessful, to get a guest-starring 
appearance on "Curb Your Enthusiasm."
