(non-)decisional

Two days ago the presidential Decider declared that the high-level confabulation at his Texas "ranch" concerning the war against Iraq would be "non-decisional."

OED calls "decisional" RARE, giving a single citation, from the 1883 _Encyclopaedia Britannica_.  Google offers 1,380,000 hits for the word, and 47,500 for "non-decisional."
