here's "indignity" again

I posted to ADS-L back in Nov calling attention to this substitution of
"indignity" for "indignation":

and I find it happening again in Jim Hightower's column (/Progressive
Populist/ vol 12, no 3):   " 'I can't be bought by a few thousand bucks
from Abramoff,' they typically declared with puffed-up indignity."

Is this a trend?
