Boondocks on "brokeback"

Dern! I meant to write "brokeback"! Of course, even so, yours is still
a valid question. I can say only that I, as anyone else, tend to think
ethnocentrically, unless I make an effort not to. So, I was thinking
of some poor, beat-down, old black sharecropper spending dawn-light to
dusk-dark staring at the hindquarters of his brokeback mule as he goes
around the turnrows, tilling his bossman's field.
