I do remember a childhood joke, something like "Where did
the Lone Ranger take Silver when he died?"  The answer
is "To da dump, to da dump, to da dump, dump, dump . . . ."

It's interesting how both texts represent some notes in the
orchestral phrase with initial dental consonants and some
with final -ump's.
