The word is 'Beryl', as in the tropical storm contributing to the rain that the
mid-Atlantic region is getting right now!  So, while I suppose we'd need more
evidence / more occurrences to really study it in depth, it does seem to be a
phenomenon along the lines of 'Mary, marry, merry, (Murray)'.
