The only basis for that interpretation is that it makes some sense of "rambeggur."

  But as we know, that means next to nothing.  I have not seen the word elsewhere.

"Rambeggur" it really is in the original. I too speculated about
"rambugger", "a woman who buggers rams". If that's your
interpretation, I would be interested in your argument--the folks at
the OED don't answer most questions about submissions.
