Appalachian English

The library here has just received an "Encyclopedia of Appalachia"
published by the University of Tennessee Press, edited by Rudy
Abramson & Rudy Abramson.

It's arranged in general sections, with an overview & short
encyclopedia type articles.  There is a section on Appalachian English
on pp. 999-1033.

I haven't read this section and would not be able to evaluate it if I
had.
