cusp and cusping

OED lacks any reference to the recent widespread usage of the astrological "cusp" in the general sense of "verge or initial stage," so it's no surprise that the corresponding verb is missing too:

  2003 _Dead Like Me_ (Showtime TV series) : You know what it's like to be cusping on adulthood?
