Wow...

I had to rub my eyes a few times when I saw this post. Dan
is a good friend of mine, just got an email from his this
morning (he's trekking in Tibet).  He's a well-published
writer and a careful one at that. I'll ask him about this
when he gets back in a couple of weeks. The book was
written 20 years ago (long hand and then typed on a
typewriter) and wasn't published until recently.
