Help Needed Please

    Brenda Lester's and Jamie Landers' disappointment is very understandable. A student asked us for help, and instead of ads-l responding with the assistance we usually provide, the response was one of irritation and sharp criticism.  This was not ads-l's finest hour, and hopefully we can do better if and when the next student request comes.
