Top Quotations of 2006

This is a time-sensitive question with a deadline of Saturday.  Reuters is
asking me for a list of the top quotations of the year 2006, so I would welcome
suggestions of particularly famous or otherwise notable quotations or phrases
originating in 2006.  Quotations can relate to world events, U.S. politics,
entertainment, sports, or any other subject.  I realize this question
overlaps with the "Word of the Year" thread, so suggestions not already
made in the WOTY context would be particularly valuable.
