"stockade" = stocks

Before Attila the Hun gets in touch with his inner child, there's a scene in _Night at the Museum_ (2006) in which, during a dispute between the cowboys and the legionaries, Jedediah's got General Octavius locked up by the head and arms in wooden stocks.

  It's a long story, but Octavius is described as being "in the stockade."

  But there is no stockade. He's really in the stocks. Check it out.
