I actually always believed the "Robert Bork" explanation of the origin
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Robert_Bork#.22Bork.22_as_verb),
reinforced by the Swedish chef. Is it possible to disentangle the three?
Does "borken" predate "borked"?
