Antedating of "Lobbyist"

I'm sure I verified it with the page image; that's my usual practice. But I
can't find it now when I search, not for any date, so maybe I failed to in
this case.

On Newspaperarchive, 1848 hits from the Dixon Evening Telegraph are like
1949 hits from the Elyria, Ohio paper: they're all misdatings.  In
general, one should always look at the page images on Newspaperarchive to
check for misdatings.
