There's a Kit Kat Road in Elkridge, Maryland, close to the House of
Correction in Jessup, Maryland. Perhaps there's a(n) historical link with
the HoC.

There's also a Kit Kat Lane in Patrick Springs, Virginia.

In both cases the road is a dead end that arguably resembles a cat's tail.
Perhaps that's significant.

I always associated Kit Kat with something naughty--the Kit Kat Club is
the nightclub in Cabaret.
