Query: "Fort Knox" = a great amount of

One of my students tells me he has heard "Fort Knox" used with meaning "a great amount of," e.g. "Fort Knox medicine" (= a great amount of medicine).  I don't find this meaning in the few slang dictionaries I've checked. Is anyone out there familiar with it? Any help would be much appreciated.
