vl cluster spotting

Aside from the Vlach, the OED CD-ROM has a few, from Russian or
Dutch/Afrikaans:  vladimirite, vlakte, vlast, vlei.  (And others for
which the pronunciation is "fl" or not given but probably "fl", many
"southern ME".)
