This verb form looks like a shortening of 'reconditioned'.

Quoting Benjamin Barrett <gogaku at IX.NETCOM.COM>:
 > Verb: "This excelent condition
> Radiator top tank came off my 292
> V8 and had been recoed just 2
> months earlier."

as does this use:
"GT40P FULLY RECOED FORD CYLINDER HEADS"
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/GT40P-FULLY-RECOED-FORD-CYLINDER-HEADS_W0QQitemZ150187473597QQcmdZViewItem

this use:
"BALL JOINTS RECOED AS WELL."
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/SUZUKI-800-HATCH-AUTO_W0QQitemZ220175673084QQihZ012QQcategoryZ136024QQcmdZViewItem

maybe this use (tho it's listed as "condition: new" so...):
RECOED POWER RP4000 Geared Scroll Chuck
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/RECOED-POWER-RP4000-Geared-Scroll-Chuck_W0QQitemZ300175548556QQcmdZViewItem

Not knowing enough about cars I'm not sure if these might also be 'recored'.

And one listing includes the condition of several of parts--adding to the ambiguity.
..
*Recoed Starter
*Recoed Alternator
*Recored Radiator
..
