Positive anymore in upper midwest?

It's now found in the Upper Midwest. Some speakers react strongly to
it when you ask about it and some insist they haven't heard it, but
it's certainly found in the region among native speakers. Erica Benson
has got some preliminary data from Eau Claire, Wisconsin, I think.
