Capitalizing Web and Internet

FWIW, I can't remember seeing "World Wide Web" uncapitalized. OTOH,
when I first became familiar with the term, _internet_, back ca.1991,
it was *never* capitalized. Not on Mac sites, at least. Then, for some
reason, it began to be capitalized and, after fighting the good fight,
I've succumbed.

All say, "How hard it is that we have to die"---a strange complaint to
come from the mouths of people who have had to live.
