antedate for Johnny (John) Doughboy, 1892 (RHDAS: 1918)

RHDAS has 1918 for "John/Johnny Doughboy" but has "doughboy" for
infantryman from 1847, so the earlier "Johnny Doughboy" isn't
surprising.
