caught on NPR's Morning Edition today, Col. Michael McBride talking
about the city of Samarra:

... we're going to close everything down, we're going to curfew the
city, we're going to punish the entirety of the population.

another cite for "curfew" as a verb:

It’s like them announcing their curfew of Mosul and then saying
