Dictionary of Affixes

Michael mentions in the introduction that "place-name affixes (*-burgh*, *
-ham*, *-thwaite*, *-wick*) have been excluded."  Which is as it should be,
I believe.

But then, speaking of accessible (=free) online resources, does anyone know
of any developed ones that deal with English place names?
