[hw] v. [w]

Has anybody else seen the episode of "Family Guy" concerning, in a
subplot, the proper pronunciation of words spelled with initial wh-?
The characters that use [w] for both w- and wh- are shocked by the
characters that distinguish w- [w] from wh- [hw].
