I already mentioned that "terminally stupid" gets 49000+ raw ghits.
"Terminally funny" gets another 47000+ raw ghits (obviously not all of
them--not even all the ones on the first page--legit). Here's a teaser
from a description of a VeggieTales DVD:

bland" (7850 raw ghits even though Google suggests "terminally blonde"
as an alternative, because it happens to be the title of a recent film).
