the three "n" s

I'm on hotmail and it says "plain text" as the default.  The message should not have been encoded.  Oops maybe I wrote it on my laptop and that may be rich text.  Probably so.  I'll change it to plain text  and see if I can resend it.

It would be nice if this site could accept rich text.
