I've never heard "RC Coca cola" in the wild.  I have heard:

RC Cola
RC Co-cola
AHR-oh-SEE Co-cola (with the "oh" sort of glided into the "see"; maybe
closer to AHR-ah-SEE) and
AHR-oh-SEE Cola
