No, but another publication (_Students and the Christian World
Mission_, dated 1936 by Google Books) includes a snippet referring to
"Beverly Oaten, formerly Student Field Secretary of the Pacific
Southwest Field Council of the YMCA":

(That same publication includes a piece by Niebuhr entitled "Our World.")
