And how about references to other disabilities? Shouldn't we stop designating jokes as lame, ideas as crazy, styles as flabby, arguments as weak, progresses as slow, performances as poor?

Is it a matter of the presence or absence of visible and vocal "advocacy" groups or individuals or websites?
