It's not intended to be a word.  It's an abbreviation for a
grammatical construction: nominative + conjunction + obj.  The "s" on
the end is to make it plural.

Czajka is pronounced [ˈtÍ¡Ê‚Ì ajka], which cannot be written in Truespel.
