What *is* the buffalo wing legend (presumably something to do with
New York's second city and not with the belief that there are flying
buffaloes that are fond of celery and blue cheese and have unusually
spicy wings), and what is the actual truth of the matter?  Inquiring
minds (and diners) want to know!
