Heard on the judges

This morning a 30ish black woman, a landlord, said she had gone to the
tenant's apartment to see whether it was upkept.  15k googits, many of
which refer to a company called Upkept Entertainment, but quite a few
are legitimate examples of "upkept" as a past or part participle of
"upkeep."  Wiktionary has an entry for "upkeep" as a verb with the
regular weak past "upkeeped."
