"blue laws"

I have revised the "History" section of the Wikipedia article "blue law".

1)  Changed the reference to the Puritans' use of "blue" to the 17th
century and "blue-stocking".

2)  Deleted the reference to the 20th-century term "blue-nose", which
was (presumably) not used by the Puritans.

3)  Deleted the reference to "blue movie", which also is 20th-century
and whose "blue" does not have the same meaning as in the "blue laws"
and "blue-stockings" of the Puritans.
