Overheard on NPR about two hours ago: "It doesn't behoove you to go to
Ciudad Juárez." From the context it was clear that this didn't mean,
"It's not your responsibility/it's not incumbent upon you to go to
Ciudad Juárez," but rather "you'd be a damn fool to go to Ciudad
Juárez because it's a dangerous place."
