survivor guilt

Not in OED. It's worth defining because it seems to cover not only a feeling
of "guilt" as usually understood ("If only I had/hadn't...") but more
often a deep sense of regret and/or bewilderment at having survived when
someone else hasn't.  The latter feeling hardly qualifies as "guilt."

Or perhaps "guilt/guilty" need additional definitions.
